We offer our customers a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your Leggett Town & Country purchase for any reason, simply return it for a full refund, subject to the conditions stated below.

Returns & Exchanges

If you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please e-mail us at info@ltc2.com between 9AM – 5PM Monday through Friday with the details of your return or exchange and the reason why so we know to expect your return.

When shipping the item(s) please include a note with your name, address, and phone number in addition to a copy of the original order invoice. Briefly explain why you are returning the item(s) and whether you’d like a refund or exchange for another item(s). If we have any other questions regarding your return, we will contact you as soon as possible. Repackage the merchandise and return (at your expense) via ground service of your choice or USPS insured, for your protection, to the address below. Leggett Town and Country will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Once we receive your items in the store, we will issue a full refund minus the cost of the return shipping. Merchandise must be in as-new condition. All tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Boots may be exchanged or returned if they are in as-new condition and the soles are unscratched. When trying on boots for the first time and until you are sure the boots fit correctly, be sure to walk on carpeting or other soft flooring only.

We will give refunds on saddles only if the returned saddle is in the same condition as received, with no marks on leather, no mud or horsehair, and no signs of wear. We allow a 10-day trial period for your saddle. While trying out the saddle, please take extra precautions, including wrapping up stirrups and leathers with a towel to avoid scratches and mud.

If you live in or around the Danville, Virginia area, you may return your purchase directly to our retail location. You must have a copy of your receipt with your purchase on hand in order to return for exchange or credit.

Shipping Information

At this time, Leggett Town & Country can only ship orders to the United States. Items we do not have in stock will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. Please allow two weeks for delivery of those items. We only ship merchandise via UPS Ground. Our shipping charges are based on destination and weight of products ordered. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or via USPS. Some bulky or extra-heavy items require an additional handling fee. Check item descriptions for information on such surcharges. 

Privacy and Security

Leggett Town and Country does not share, sell or trade customer information, including e-mail addresses. Customer credit card information is used to complete the order only. We do not use or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.
